Windows 10: Realtek Audio Manager Unable To Use Multi-Streaming Mode

I'm trying to activate multi-streaming mode so I can disable my headphone's microphone yet my realtek audio manager doesn't have an advanced settings option to activate it. Audio stopped working overnight, cannot find Realtek Driver even after reinstalling?

Hi, I have tried all of those steps, however my audio still isn't working. I am unable to see Realtek Audio driver listed in the Device Manager (image attached in the original post)

I managed to find a Realtek HDA 6.0.8874.1 driver package from Microsoft Update Catalog that is about 147Mb in size and it was briefly mentioned in an

8874 MS Update Catalog search a few days ago but is no longer listed (most of the time the smaller 10.7Mb package is listed but that is
not what you want)

open the CAB file using 7zip or any other file archiving tool, extract all the files inside and use the generic HDXRT.INF file in Device Manager to install the 8874 driver and reboot.

Edit - FYI, DaleViljoen & JosephT71, the Realtek audio driver download from
Realtek's web site is version 6.0.1.8186 (R2.82) released around late July 2017 [supports up to Win10 v1703] and Realtek is no longer releasing any new HD audio drivers after that on their web site.

The
"Realtek audio manager" app not working is a known problem with the generally released R2.82 (6.0.1.8186) drivers and only using driver versions after that one (like from the 8200s & greater) OR using older ones before 8186 (like R2.81 v6.0.1.8036) will
produce a working Realtek audio manager app

I had the realtek error when using the installer, so I did these step and It Worked

1.Go Open up device manager
2. Go under sound,video, and game controllers
3. Find Realtek High Definition Audio
4. Right click and hit update driver
5. Browse my computer for driver software
6. Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer
7. Click Have Disk and hit browse
8. Click on the Realtek HD Audio mod folder and look for win64
9. Click on the HDXRT4 and click ok,
10. Click Next and Yes
After it is done, restart the PC

You should be good then and also make sure before doing these steps that you have driver enforcement disabled.
