  1. Realtek audio randomly becoming very buggy.

I have had this computer for a couple of years now, and I have not had any problems regarding audio for the entire time i've had it. However last night I have began to have problems with the audio, the audio has became very distorted, and in some cases cutting out entirely on certain channels, using the Realtek audio manager I have learned that messing with the audio balance makes it sound less buggy still not perfect but then I can no longer hear out of the left channels of audio, this does not make sense to me seeing as how plugging it into numerous other computers sees it work absolutely flawlessly, with no audio bugs of any sort. The expected behavior is that I should be able to hear out of all channels of audio without the audio becoming heavily distorted.

    Things i've already tried:

Restarted my computer a numerous amount of times

    Uninstalled the realtek audio drivers.

    Reinstalled the realtek audio drivers.

Ran through every single option on the Realtek HD Audio Manager and in windows sound properties.

Use windows built in drivers instead.

Use windows automatic driver update program no result

Plugged headphones into other computer The headphones worked perfectly when plugged into a different PC, ensuring that its something on my computer that is the problem.

At this point i'm pulling my hair out trying to find a solution, and this is my last idea before I just decide to reinstall windows entirely.

    PC Specs:

    Windows 10 64Bit

    GTX 1060 SC 6GB

    i5 6500

    No sound card built in.

    Using Blue mix-fi headphones.

    :)

    Realtek Audio Driver extremely buggy

Loss of any soundcard features included with the drivers for that particular board. I can't tell you what they are cause I don't have that motherboard and soundcard, but.... it could be something like this....

That from the Realtek driver for my Gigabyte board. Anyway I'm sure someone will suggest you try this or that, but I can't speak any third party suggestions since I use a USB DAC and my JRiver as my media player.

    Good luck.

  3. Realtek Audio Driver extremely buggy

I mean I really have no need for an equalizer or audio enhancements... So I guess I'll just keep it how it is for now? lol

    Thanks!

The Ultimate Realtek HD Audio Driver Mod for Windows 10

I had the realtek error when using the installer, so I did these step and It Worked

    1.Go Open up device manager
    2. Go under sound, video, and game controllers
    3. Find Realtek High Definition Audio
    4. Right click and hit update driver
    5. Browse my computer for driver software
    6. Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer
    7. Click Have Disk and hit browse
    8. Click on the Realtek HD Audio mod folder and look for win64
    9. Click on the HDXRT4 and click ok,
    10. Click Next and Yes
After it is done, restart the PC

You should be good then and also make sure before doing these steps that you have driver enforcement disabled.
