Windows 10: Realtek Bluetooth Adapter Broken after recommended Windows 11 23h2 update

Hello,On 12/20/23, I was running into some performance issues on my PC. Microsoft Tech Support told me to update to Windows 23H2 and since them I've had Bluetooth Adapter issues. I have periodically tried fixing this but it always comes back to having issues. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this? I've seen other links to other people running into this. I've tried updating my BIOS, I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers, nearly everything. I unfortunately cannot roll back to a previous installation because the Tech Support removed the previous version. I've resolved

It does not see them because that is your list of hidden updates. You can simply check the ones you want to go thru and the next Windows Update will see them but auto install, so be careful if you don't actually want them.

Best thing to do and not screw up the list of Hidden Updates you already have, is go to Device Manager (Win+X), expand Bluetooth to see installed drivers. Then r-click the driver/Update Driver Software/Search automatically ... If there is a newer one, it will auto install. Test, if not happy roll back by doing same steps except click Properties and use roll back option. Good Luck

 

Realtek audio broken with update, Also microsoft chat is broken

My audio is ruined with this last update, i've done every step and recommended action listed by microsoft and every suggestion on the first 20 pages of google search. Realtek is no longer showing up anywhere, like microsoft disabled it, microsoft chat is
also broken, requesting to speak with a human brings you to a couple options, all of which are broken and clicking on "chat" closes the window and nothing happens, this is absolutely disgusting, i've spent the last 4 hours trying to get my tablet, my audio,
and microsoft support to work.

Broken Bluetooth after Windows 11, version 23H2 update

Today, after the Windows 11, version 23H2 update, my Bluetooth mouse and keyboard were disabled and I couldn't understand why! I restarted my laptop (Asus Zephyrus M16) and then I saw my Windows updated because the Copilot preview version added a side of the start menu. So, I opened the Bluetooth setting and I can't see the turn on device button on this page! what happens?
