Windows 10: Realtek Broken

Hey guys, I'm trying to fix my Realtek drivers but it's really broken and super annoying.

Randomly about 2 weeks ago it stopped detecting anything plugged into the aux jack until I open the app go into device retasking and click headphones. That was annoying but not too bad.

Today it decided it's going to start making this noise that's similar to coil whine any time audio is played and I can't stand it anymore. Tried to uninstall the drivers but every time I do, and I reboot, it reinstalls itself. Is there any solution to fix this dumpster fire? laptop is less than a month old.

Realtek audio broken with update, Also microsoft chat is broken

My audio is ruined with this last update, i've done every step and recommended action listed by microsoft and every suggestion on the first 20 pages of google search. Realtek is no longer showing up anywhere, like microsoft disabled it, microsoft chat is
also broken, requesting to speak with a human brings you to a couple options, all of which are broken and clicking on "chat" closes the window and nothing happens, this is absolutely disgusting, i've spent the last 4 hours trying to get my tablet, my audio,
and microsoft support to work.

Realtek HD Audio Drivers missing after installing driver update for AMD Graphics Card

I'd suppose Realtek USB 2.0 Audio is what you need. Try to install drivers manually form the list system suggests.

And may be the soundcard is partially broken.
