Windows 10: Realtek device missing from device manager. Cannot install new Realtek drivers to download...

Since Windows 10 version 1909 I have run into the issue of being unable to install the update due to my current Realtek Bluetooth audio drivers being out of date. Headphones device missing from "Playback Devices" and Device Manager after Realtek driver install

I have an an odd situation. All my audio devices show up correctly in my device list when I'm using the Windows default High Definition Audio device Drivers. However once I install the Realtek drivers, my headphone device disappears. It's not hidden, lurking
or otherwise - just gone. I have tried all the troubleshooting steps from various posts including this one here

Headphones missing on playback devices,, but no joy. Additionally (and not surprisingly) the headphones and speaker are no longer separate. Plugging in the headphones stops the sound playback on the speaker. The reason for needing the Realtek drivers is
to support the ASUS Sonic Studio 3 application.

As soon as I uninstall the Realtek drivers, all is back to normal.

Any ideas? Am i missing something?

i didn't understand this step- 4. Install Realtek APO Driver through device manager, then using device manager update from Realtek APO Driver to the lastest offical realtek HD Audio
which inf file i should choose when installing Realtel APO driver folder and there are many inf files in the Realtek official HD Audio. which file to choose?

I'm not sure about the steps thought!
You mean, updating the realtek driver manually by selecting offline files? But I completely uninstalled realtek from my pc. Now there is only 2.
Can you just write the steps in short?(Only to get an idea!)
