Windows 10: realtek driver doesn't work

so problem started like this:I installed windows on my laptop and the speakers had a little glitchy sound from time to time.so I installed driver booster from steam and it installed some sound drivers which fixed the issue but windows had some other updates for the realtek too, such as realtek extension which after it installed it, my computer says there's no speakers.I tried downloading the driver pack from realtek and installing it with device manager. it did come back in the device manager but it has an error sign next to it and in the device status says this:This device cannot start. Code

Windows doesn`t start. Authomatic repair doesn`t work.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

Hi Paloma, thanks for your help, I haven`t been able to solve the problem, I can`t try the first solution because when I enter to device manager, the driver doesn`t even appear, secondly I tried installing the driver that you gave me, but it didn`t work, and I also installed the manufacturer`s tool and tried scanning for missing drivers, but it said that all the new versions of the drivers were installed. I`m starting to think that maybe its a hardware issue, but I don`t think so, because when I first got this laptop it was working, and as soon as I updated the drivers, it stopped working
