Windows 10: Realtek EQ application completely broke (after windows 10 update). can't fix it

Okay so problem occured after windows 10 update which took place like 5 days ago (checked, it took place 8 days ago). After that update realtek equalizer (to be more precise, it was probably called: Manager Realtek HD audio (the exe file)) just stopped starting during system startup... I also couldn't open the equalizer program from realtek's folder in program files (which worked fine before the update). Temporary fix I found was to uninstall and install the realtek drivers (from device manager). But everytime I shut down the computer, windows update automatically restored the state from before the reatlek driver reinstallation which resulted in being forced to reinstall it everyday... So today I decided to fix it completely, I tried: reinstalling the drivers from device manager few times, installing manual realtek drivers (one unofficial too), deleting realtek files before reinstallations at some point, even using auto-update type of program (Driver Booster 8). During these multiple attempts/takes I also tried the method from article mentioned before. But still no fix. And at some point even the temporary fix stopped working, so the only thing I was able to restore now, was default windows 10 audio drivers (the ones mentioned before (after computer shut down during "the loop")) and now I'm stuck with it... (spoiler because of explanation why the default drivers/drivers after update are so bad in my case:>! Microphone quality gets much worse because I can't use "reduce microphone background noises" in equalizer and I can't use frequency adjuster (the option with sliders) which I used a lot (+ everytime I reinstall realtek drivers I lose my frequency presets (is there maybe any way to save presets though?)) !<). Also checked few other websites with some soultions (some of these were the ones mentioned before), but after trying another few I just got hopeless and decided to write here instead (which I do really really rarely). The only thing that came to my mind is that; maybe I reinstalled drivers so many times that I should delete some registry keys to restore at least my temporary fix method for this problem?

The Ultimate Realtek HD Audio Driver Mod for Windows 10

I had the realtek error when using the installer, so I did these step and It Worked

1.Go Open up device manager
2. Go under sound,video, and game controllers
3. Find Realtek High Definition Audio
4. Right click and hit update driver
5. Browse my computer for driver software
6. Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer
7. Click Have Disk and hit browse
8. Click on the Realtek HD Audio mod folder and look for win64
9. Click on the HDXRT4 and click ok,
10. Click Next and Yes
After it is done, restart the PC

You should be good then and also make sure before doing these steps that you have driver enforcement disabled.

Hey Dj Urko, I am trying to install the realtek driver and I get the error 0x0001. I have disabled secure boot and Driver signature. I have the latest win 10 build. What am I doing wrong? Can u post the complete list of steps that I have to take? I have an asus z170 with alc1150.
