Windows 10: realtek error code 0001 installing problem

i have an issue where all the desktop sounds are picked up by the mic and my friends can hear me throught the mic in discord and its getting very annoying.tried to install realtek device manager thingy cuz some video said i need it to fix the problem but i ran into this problem, i downloaded this from my mobo's official website and i tried almost everything UAA thing or ... and nothing seemed to work, how do i get this to work

I stuck at step 4.
"4. just install realtek driver via Setup.exe after installing select do not restart computer."

I have exactly the same error as RejZor - "Error Code: -0001".

My hardware ID is:
HDAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_10EC&DEV_0900&SUBSYS_18491151&REV_1000
HDAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_10EC&DEV_0900&SUBSYS_18491151

Mainboard:
Asrock Z87 Extreme4 with ALC1150 Realtek

System:

I am trying to install Realtek Audio Drivers however I get the error message: install realtek hd audio driver failure error code -0001

Hi,

I am using Windows 10 Home, Version 20H2 (OS Build 19042.572). In my Device Manager under Sound, Video and Game Controllers I have 3 things: High Definition Audio Device, Nvidia High Definition Audio and Nvidia Virtual Audio Device.

I would like to have the Realtek High Definition Audio, however when I try to download it I get the error code: install realtek hd audio driver failure error code -0001.

Is there a point in reinstalling the Nvidia drivers??
