I use Windows 11 and I got some notifications that I needed to download RealTek extensions but they are not working, These three are:

Realtek - Extension - 9.21.3690.548

Install error - 0x80070103

Status : Retry

Realtek Semiconductor Corp. - Extension - 6.0.9556.1

Install error - 0x80070103

Status : Retry
