Windows 10: Realtek Graphic Equalizer help

Hello, sorry if this has been discussed before but I need help on my Realtek audio manager. What I have is as below and I really want to have the graphic equalizer option. Can anyone advise as to what I should do or where I can get the version with the equalizer.

I have tried and tried but can't seen to find the proper download.

Realtek Audio problems after creators update installed

After creators update the Realtek HD audio only allows control of the volume. I no longer have access to enhancements such as the graphic equalizer. I checked the speaker properties and the was a group of check boxes for the equalizers
and other "effects" but after selecting the equalizer I could find a way to access it.

Anyone know how to fix this very annoying bug?

 

Graphic EQ

Windows 10 does not have a built-in Graphic Equalizer, that is a function of the audio driver software that is appropriate to your system. Check the support page on the website of the manufacturer of your system under the Audio section.

If for example, you have Realtek Audio, download that software to access all its features . . .

Do the device advanced settings offer any route to the equalizer?

Have you downloaded the latest driver from the Lenovo website and as you are on a W10 forum I assume you have upgraded from W7 to W10?

It was as easy as uninstalling and re-installing from the Lenovo support site. Which you directed me to Phil.
