Windows 10: Realtek High Definition Audio Disappeared, how can I fix this issues?

Hello everyone, As the title says one day I opened my laptop Lenovo ideapad 5 only to have my speakers no longer working. I have attempted downloading the Realtek package from Lenovo and restarting, but that didn't work. Additionally, under device manager I have attempted using the "Add Legacy Hardware" however that also didn't work. Well it's more appropriate to say it did work and the audio driver appears, but when I look at it under the sound dropdown it has the warning triangle with it see below image. I am unsure what to do to fix this I have tried the classic attempt of update driver

uninstalled realtek high definition audio

So I was uninstalling programs to make space on my computer and I mistakenly uninstalled realtek high definition audio and now there is no sound on my computer, and i was wondering how to fix it. I don't know which program i uninstalled but maybe you could
tell me what one and how to fix it.

The programs I do have are; Realtek card reader, Realtek Ethernet Controller Driver, and Realtek high definition audio driver

 

Speakers (Realtek High Definition Audio) disappears after restart.

I am having a bit of trouble with my sound currently. My Default Device, which is Speakers (Realtek High Definition Audio) disappears after every restart and the only way to bring it back is to Shut Down or disable and then re-enable High Definition Audio
Controller. I am out of options, I have been trying to solve this for hours and no solution has been found.

 

Realtek High Definition Audio not working

First of all, the Realtek High Definition Audio Device did not automatically reinstall after uninstalling and rebooting. I had to go into Add Legacy Software and select it to install. The Device Manager crashed while installing it, which it always does.
Upon starting it up again, the Device is there, but with a warning sign next to it indicating it is not functional.

Second of all, when I did the rest of the steps, the Driver Manager told me specifically that the drivers for Realtek High Definition Audio Device are up to date.
