    Hi, I just bought a completely new pc and had to install windows 10 and all the drivers. I have a Z790-I Gaming Wifi motherboard and everything seems to work unless the audio. Whenever I plug any phones the system doesn't recognize, the Realtek High Definition Audio has a yellow exclamation mark on the device manager and it just doesn't work. Also when I troubleshoot de "DESKTOP..." on Devices and Printers it notices there is a problem with Realtek Audio but can't fix it, on the details it says there is problems with PnP devices.

    Hello! i installed realtek and now it has a yellow triangle. I can't update it, if i do it says "Windows has determined the driver software for your device is up to date. Realtek High Definition Audio" Any help? I am using window's 10.

    Just bought computer from someone (HP ENVY 23 Beats Audio) and they reset the computer prior to buying. Now audio wont work and it says no audio output device is installed. I've tried looking up how to fix it and saw that I needed the Realtek High Definition Audio (and it wasn't on my computer in the device manager section) so I downloaded the newest version of that off of their website. Now it is showing a yellow triangle with a question mark on it in the device manager section and at the bottom corner is still saying that no audio output device is installed. Computer is using windows 10 20H2 but encounters an error when I try updating to windows 10 22H2. Please help!!!!

    There are few reasons why you're seeing a yellow triangle on your audio driver. The driver could be corrupted, or it's not compatible with the OS and build of your computer. For us to determine what would be causing this, we would like to know more about
    this issue. Kindly answer the following:

    • Which build and version of Windows 10 are you using?
    • Are you experiencing the same issue on other user profile?
    • Have you tried to roll back the audio driver to its previous build?
