Windows 10: realtek high defintion audio microphon problem

i got a 2 to 1 adapter for my earphone and the mic when i install the driver not working and when i uninstall it it work but i need the noise suprresion for it what should i do

NVIDIA High Definition Audio problem

My desktop, HP Omen #870-119 have the driver problem in Device Manager and show with an exclamation mark on that line. I was going to uninstall NVIDIA High Definition Audio in Device Manager also I have the other driver, Realtek High Definition Audio too. The Realtek High Definition Audio driver is working properly but not NVIDIA High Definition Audio driver. But I was told by someone that I have to change in BIOS to have Realtek High Defintion Audio in Sound. And I have no idea which key command get into BIOS on my HP Omen #870-119. Also my graphic card is ZOTAC Geforce GTX 1050TI 4GB and is working with no problem. So what is your suggestion about to uninstall NVIDIA High Definition Driver from Device Manager or in program? Oh one more thing is about my operating system and is Microsoft Windows 10 Professional 64X version 1909.

Force Microphone to use High Definition Audio Device instead of Realtek(R)

My gut sense tells me this originates from unwanted driver updates, especially pushing a driver that my current hardware doesn't like. This problem is present at all times, i.e. when I freshly boot up my computer, having no apps running other than Windows
built in Voice Recorder running, the recording volume is still too low.

I personally have no experience with Audio related topics, so I am totally oblivious to any hidden Audio tricks behind operating systems. Given that rolling back to a previous and different type of driver resolved this issue, I am still exploring for options
to completely uninstall Realtek(R) driver, and/or force my microphone to use the default High Defintion Audio Device instead.

You need to troubleshoot the Audio Driver, follow these troubleshooting steps:

1. Go to Device Manager>Sound, Video and Game Controllers.

2. Right-click Realtek High Definition Audio and Update Driver Software.

3. Browse My Computer for Driver Software.

4. Under Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer, select Install High Definition Audio Device.

5. Once it’s finished, repeat steps 1-4, and then install the latest RealTek High Definition Audio Version.
