Windows 10: Realtek microphone driver not detecting microphone

I recently reinstalled my realtek audio drivers and its able to recognizes my microphone in its dedicated jack but it doesn't catch any audio. It's not my microphone's fault since I tested it on another device and it worked just fine

My microphone is not working. I tried the troubleshooting and it detected problems with generic drivers. My microphone's name is Array realtek

Could you tell me please how and where can I download new drivers for my microphone?

I have Windows 10.

laptop not detecting headset microphone

I recently bought a new headset with a microphone and I can hear audio through the headset but
my mic is not detected and it is still using my default Realtek computer microphone.

I've tried looking for hidden microphones but there are none.
I've re-installed my Realtek HD Audio driver.

But nothing seems to work.

What should I do to fix this?

 

Razer Blackshark Microphone Not Detected on Realtek

Hello there,

I use a Razer Blackshark, but the microphone is not detected, and so my laptop ends up using it's microphone. I have a Realtek soundcard. I have tried things such as looking at the 'Devices tab' and enabling several devices but it won't work. The headset
seems to not have a driver either. I also use an integrated jack if that helps.
