Windows 10: Realtek or Drivers

So this issued happened out of nowhere a month ago.


Whenever I turn on my pc the next day I am met in my headset a horrible screeching or buzzing/warbling noises from my headset. Volume slider doesn't work so I know it is my Realtek Driver. What happens is I use the installer for the driver and reset my PC, sometimes it fixes it, I can hear again, or it requires a few more resets. The after 24 hours it will happen again when I boot if up after a prolonged time I don't use it. It doesn't reinstall itself and sometimes when I turn on my PC the Realtek Driver simply isn't there, making me have to reinstall AND then met with the screeching noises. I have disabled NVIDIA high def. audio in hopes of it fixing something but no avail. It is getting kinda annoying and might hurt the hardware so I appreciate any help. I tried some stuff on the web but none helped permantly.

I had the realtek error when using the installer, so I did these step and It Worked

1.Go Open up device manager
2. Go under sound,video, and game controllers
3. Find Realtek High Definition Audio
4. Right click and hit update driver
5. Browse my computer for driver software
6. Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer
7. Click Have Disk and hit browse
8. Click on the Realtek HD Audio mod folder and look for win64
9. Click on the HDXRT4 and click ok,
10. Click Next and Yes
After it is done, restart the PC

You should be good then and also make sure before doing these steps that you have driver enforcement disabled.
