    Realtek PCIe GbE Family Controller experiencing problems connecting! Help!


    Device PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_8168&SUBSYS_208F1043&REV_15\4&f6df962&0&00EE had a problem starting. Driver Name: oem30.inf Class Guid: {4d36e972-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318} Service: rt640x64 Lower Filters: Upper Filters: Problem: 0x0 Problem Status: 0xC00000E5Anyone can help with this problem? It's been like this forever. Before and after updating the driver is still the same.

    I had a similar problem and had tried all the suggestions about re-installing drivers etc. In the end I stumbled on this which worked: I disabled Green Ethernet in the advanced settings of the Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller Properties.

    Realtek PCIe GbE Family Controller limited to 100mbps

    I see. There's definitely something going on with your PCIe controller. Since you've already installed the drivers, may I confirm if that also include the Realtek PCIe GbE Family Controller? And did you downloaded the drivers from the motherboard's manufacturer website?

    You can try to disable and re-enable the PCIe controller. Another thing to try is to reinstall the Realtek PCIe GbE Family Controller driver.
