Windows 10: Realtek PCIe GBe Family Controller not working.

Hey there. My Realtek PCIe Gbe family controller just stopped working out of the blue. I checked the events tab on device manager, and i saw that at 00:42 while my pc was turned off btw, it requested a device install and in the description it says "requires further install". Then a few minutes later it says: Device settings not migrated, Device configured, Device not started. It has now done that over and over again every time i try to roll back drivers, update drivers, disable, enable, even uninstalling it completely and reinstalling it again doesn't work. I see. There's definitely something going on with your PCIe controller. Since you've already installed the drivers, may I confirm if that also include the Realtek PCIe GbE Family Controller? And did you downloaded the drivers from the motherboard's manufacturer website?

You can try to disable and re-enable the PCIe controller. Another thing to try is to reinstall the Realtek PCIe GbE Family Controller driver.

Device Manager, Network Adapter showing Realtek PCIe GbE Family Controller. Ping also ok. But internet not connecting. Troubleshoot says cable is unpluged. Earlier it was working, but to power surge, it is not working. What could be the reason solution
for that.
