Windows 10: Realtek Semiconductor Corp. - Extension - 10.0.22000.1

After windows update Realtek Semiconductor Corp. - Extension - 10.0.22000.1 the windows hello doesn't work anymore. Normally I use the facerecognition to sign in but windows tell me that the function is not available.Now it's only possible to sign in with pin. windwos tell me that's not available but it works.I've tried to reinstall cameradriver but it doesn' work, also resetting TPM doesn't work.I use windows 11 and my laptop is a Lenovo ideapad 5 pro 14ACN6Is there anybody who knew a sollution?thx Stefaan

Along with the routine Defender updates, I got two updates of Realtek Semiconductor Corp ext. I would like to know what Realtek update is about. I don't recall getting Realtek updates before.

Laptop speakers stopped working after "Realtek Semiconductor Corp. - Extension - 6.0.9354.1" update.

The internal speakers of the laptop stopped working after windows downloaded "Realtek Semiconductor Corp. - Extension - 6.0.9354.1" update.

I tried everything there was on the internet for troubleshooting speaker issues and none worked. The headphone jack and Bluetooth headphones work fine though.
