Windows 10: Realtek Semiconductor Corporation. — Extension — 6.0.9514.1 Install — 0x80070103.

Hello. Today, when checking for windows updates, I got this update, which was repeated 4 times. This realtek update was installed, but there was also an installation error message. I paused updates and all disappeared. The update log says that this update was installed but twice. Has anyone experienced such a strange update?

Hopefully, Microsoft will resolve this issue soon. I don't know why this happened all of a sudden.
