Windows 10: Realtek/Soundsystem not working after changing graphics card

Discus and support Realtek/Soundsystem not working after changing graphics card in Windows 10 Drivers and Hardware to solve the problem; This problem first occured after setting the pc up after moving.     Realtek/Soundsystem not working after changing graphics card


    This problem first occured after setting the pc up after moving. The soundsystem played in short intervalls a loud sound with no way to control it.
    After testing around I managed to fix it by trying different options in the Realtek HD Audio Manager-popup "The current connected device is :".

    However after changing my graphics card the problem reappered and the possible options for the connected device decreased and the remaining options wont fix the problem.

    I didn't find anyone with the same problem. Any ideas how to fix the problem or links to threads with the same problem?
