Windows 10: Realtek Wi-Fi and Bluetooth adapters are hidden and not working

On Friday, June 28th, my HP Laptop 17- cp1797nr would not connect to the internet. The taskbar icon said no internet connections available, yet my co-worker 6 feet away had no problems. When I clicked on the icon, the internet wouldn't even show up as an option. I restarted the computer to no avail. The device manager didn't show any network adapters. I clicked on view on the top of the page to show hidden items and it showed up there. I'm afraid to uninstall a hidden item because I don't think I'll be able to get it back. When I click on the properties, I get this..."Currently, this hardware

Realtek Wi-Fi and Bluetooth adapters are hidden and not working

I've had to use a wireless USB adapter to access the internet and get my work done but this is only an emergency fix. Also, at the time, I didn't realize my Bluetooth wasn't working either. The icon shortcut on the taskbar doesn't even show up either. Any ideas?

The hidden network adapters are: Realtek RTL8852BE WiFi 6 802.11ax PCIe Adapter, Bluetooth Device (Personal Area Network), and Microsoft Wi-Fi Direct Virtual Adapter. The hidden Bluetooth adapters are: Bluetooth Device (RFCOMM Protocol TDI), Microsoft Bluetooth Enumerator, Microsoft Bluetooth LE Enumerator, Realtek Wireless Bluetooth Adapter.

 

USB Wi-Fi Adapter Disabling

Is it on Windows 8's compatibility list (check MS website- forgot link)?

I had an issue with one Wi-fi adapter and it wasn't listed as compatible- All was well when I swapped it out with one on the compatibility list

 

Quick share (previously nearby share) is not working with Realtek Wi-Fi adapter?

I'm aware of that New quick share requires newer intel drivers but why they don't work with Realtek Wi-Fi adapter. its easy to say for some people to change adapter but for only one feature it's not worth it. and when will Realtek adapters starts working with it.

I have Lenovo LOQ i5 12450h 4060 with Realtek Wi-Fi adapter.
