Windows 10: RealtekR Audio is not popping up in my audio tab

usually theres more here like speakers or something and none of the output audio, help i also think its a driver thing

Audio Popping

Hi guys,

Anyone have any idea the main causes of popping crackling audio from on-board audio?
My computer has only just started doing this and it happens in both the front and back audio jacks with different headphones.

Audio popping

For the last month, the audio has started to pop on my Lenovo X1 Carbon Gen 7 every time it stops playing. The popping occurs on both the speakers and the headphone output. It occurs once sometimes and isn't too loud, but it is still annoying for someone with very sensitive ears. I've tried reinstalling the current audio driver and installing multiple alternate audio drivers to no avail, and am considering reverting from windows 11 to windows 10. However, this issue has also occurred on my older Lenovo gen 4 that operated on windows 10. I currently have Realtek High Definition Audio(SST) as my audio driver and I cannot seem to install and use any audio drivers of Microsoft and other brands. I have also tried turning audio enhancements off and on, as well as changing the audio format. If anyone has any other suggestions or knows the solution to this, please tell me.
