Windows 10: RealtekR Audio ISSUE

When I plugged my headphones it ask me various options and when I chose headphones it works but when I go to sound I cant seem to find the headphones it stills says speakers and my headphones has a mic in it and I cant use it. I used various methods to solve this problem I even reinstalled it and download Realtek HD Audio. At first it works and it detects the headphones and I can customize it but when I restarted it again it becomes not compatible and goes back in RealtekR Audio. I even reinstall Realtek Audio Console because still I plugged my Gaming Headphone still cant find the headphones it still say speakers even though I plugged my Headphones and still I cant succeed. My laptop is Acer Aspire A315-55G-59D0. I've already download in Acer Drivers in acer website still no luck. I really need to know if there's a solution to this since I play fps games I cant determine the footsteps of the enemy because its really hard since I says speaker even though I'm in headphones.

Method1: I suggest you to run an audio troubleshooter.

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with Sound. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your Audio

Refer these steps:

• Press Windows key +X, select Control panel

• Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons

• Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel

• Run the playing Audio troubleshooter.



Method2: Uncheck the enhancement feature in sound options.

• Press X from the key board and select control panel.
• Select sounds under control panel.
• Go to advance setting and uncheck the enhancement feature and check if that helps.
