Windows 10: reappearing .exe pop-ups upon starting up pc

LConnectSystem.exe and gpuz.exe ask to make changes to my device every time I startup my pc and I was wondering if anyone knew how I could make it so this does not need to happen every time I turn on my pc.L-Connec3 installed

Pop-ups at start up

I used the link for Cortana and ran the 1st suggested process. Success both pop-ups went away. Tried 3-4 restarts and still good. Today on start Google pop-up back. So 50% and on to plan B

 

No Safely remove notifiction pop up, HAVE Icon

1st suggestion didnt work at all.
2nd suggestion works but after that when i stop the device the "normal way" its still the same, no "safe to remove device" shows up
