Windows 10: Rearrange Quick Access Objects

Discus and support Rearrange Quick Access Objects in Windows 10 Customization to solve the problem; I have added sever items to Quick Access and wonder if it is possible to re-arrange them to my liking.     I have added sever items to Quick Access and wonder if it is possible to re-arrange them to my liking. I can't drag them because it won't let me.

    Is there any way to do that?

    Max icons in Quick Access is only 16?

    Why is the maximum number of icons I can pin to the Quick Access folder only 16? As soon as I pin a 17th, the 16th item in the folder disappears and I lose the ability to rearrange icons in the Quick Access bar to the left.

    Hi!

    Looks to me like its pinned from quick access. Maybe you could rearrange from there. But only from top > down.

    You can't just left click, hold and drag? Are you using any third party themes and/or programs?

    No. I can't do that. When I try a little red circle with a diagonal line appears where I want to drop it.
