    I own an Aspire 5 laptop. It runs really well, is fast and does not give me much issue. Quite literally one of the best PCs I ever had. There's only a few issues I've ever had with it but I've solved them. Such issues include the fan overheating and ceasing to work, so I fixed the issue by rigging an air purifier up as a table it can sit on and cool without gaining dust, which cools the system off efficiently. The screen also irreparably broke, so I have it HDMI'd to a TV with no issue. I frequently leave it running overnight on Youtube videos as background sound while I work or sleep. Have do

    Computer Deadlocking

    My computer deadlocks with no warning at random times. I have noticed that usually after this, if i go into update history, there is almost always a new "update installed" after hard resetting my computer. It seems that every time my computer deadlocks,
    the cause was an "update installed" Any fixes?

    I tried the troubleshooting and it turned up with nothing. The computer never tells me its updating when it deadlocks, it just has a log of updates installed upon restarting. After that I decided to try disabling Auto-Update through
    gpedit.msc going to Configure Automatic Updates, and setting it to notify only to see if solves the problem, but i wont know if that helped
    or not unless it deadlocks again, which is random.

    Microsoft Store Glitched?

    Did you perform every single step in the list above? The reason I ask is that I have given that list thousands of times and it always works. if one of the earlier steps is not successful then the Repair Install should have fixed it. When there is no report back or mention of any of the steps it makes me wonder if they all got done.

    Please do not skip any steps. We often find out later that the fix was the skipped step. If you need help performing any step I will help.

    Please go back to the top of the list and report back results of each step so I know what to suggest next.
