Windows 10: REBOOT FREEZE FOLLOWING July 14 2020 WINDOWS UPDATE

Last night I installed the July 14th Windows updates that I believe were patches to the famously failed June 2020 updates. While my computer showed no issue with those updates, it now won't restart. I have tried everything that I can think of including using the command line for scanning my system files which it won't do, attempts to uninstall the updates which it won't do, And, of course, attempting to stop and restart net services you guessed it, It won't do it.


I have also attempted the automatic startup repair, attempted to do a system restore to an earlier point, oh, what else? Name something, aside from resetting my PC, which would cause me to lose A LOT of irreplacable data, I think I've probably tried it. I'm hoping against hope that I'm wrong.


Please help me.

Windows 7 updates after 1/14/2020

I understand MS will end support including updates for Windows 7 after 1/14/2020. Will I still have access to existing updates after 1/14/2020? I am unable to buy a new computer at this time. I would like to reboot my software and start fresh because my
computer has so much stuff on it that it runs very slow. I don't think it can handle Windows 10. Trying to buy some time. If I reboot my Windows 7 software next week or next month, will I be able to download existing updates or will they not be available?
I hope this question makes sense. Thanks for your time.

update freezing my laptop

Having trouble with laptop HP ProBook new as of nov. 2019 and now freezing and requiring power off shut down since mid February.

I keep getting the HP sure start recovery "unauthorized change to secure boot keys' message then followed by "unable to complete the updates so undoing changes' message. Most recent updates when problem began were:

Windows 10 1909 on 3/2/2020

KB4537572 on 3/2/2020

KB4532693 on 2/14/2020

KB4537759non 2/14/2020

KB4538675 on 2/12/2020

A friend tried several things but no luck yet. Any suggestions? I don't wont to keep having to hard shut down and kill my new laptop.
