Windows 10: rebooting and windows inacessible

at ms agents prompting i copied win 10 install files ( restart ?) to memory stick and need to resrtart or reboot my win 10 in primary pc ..

i dont really want to reinstall cos it will destroy files... can i reboot or somehow get back to normal win start screen ... i have tried everything suggested by agents but they cut out after checking the new install files to stick...i have menu setup utilities and boot managr dos like menus availbable but nothing else..just a black screen ... the agenets suggested reinstll didnt complete after 5 hours ....i cant believe reinstll win was necessary as original prob lem was quite minor... ps where on tower is usb port for failed pc....agent also suggested " roll back to restore point " but cut out before givng how to instructs....

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

Boot problems

Hi everyone.

I've got some problems during instalation. I disabled UAC, passed the first install step, rebooted and completed install. But after consequent reboot Windows detects 'ntoskrnl' or something is corrupted.

Everything was fine on 'old' windows, but after I made a clean windows installation, everything goes this way.

Any suggestions?
