Windows 10: reCAPTCHA does not work

On every page when I use reCAPTCHA i get this error :

Error: Invalid API parameters. Please try reloading the page.

It happens when I use Chrome and Edge .

reCAPTCHA

I found a website that I wanted to register to, at the end of the registration, before you click submit, there is a reCAPTCHA with the message below:

When you click submit you get the message missing captcha fields. I tried to contact the website to fix the issue, however, that too requires a reCAPTCHA, so you are not able to even contact the site.

Is there anyway to fix this issue if you are just a visitor to a website?

reCAPTCHA does not work on Windows 10

Hello,

After updating some patches on Windows 10 Build 1909, reCAPTCHA does not work on every browser. It displays API Parameters error. I currently tried using other browser including Naver Whale, Vivaldi, I switched LAN Port to see it still works. But nope, still
does not work.

I tried doing reCAPTCHA on other platforms including Linux/Android and it works well. I heard some other people has been fixed after updating latest patch on Build 1903, but still not fixed after installing latest update on my PC.

I'm sure that it could be the Windows 10 related issue. Can you look what is wrong?

That was what I had thought but was not positive. I tried to contact the site but as I said, that too has a reCAPTCHA, and so you are unable to send. It seems the site is still working, I mean, I go there and it looks to be kept up to date. I know nothing
about how that process goes.
