    Receive microsoft purchase emails, but no purchase history


    Received several Microsoft confirmation emails with confirmation numbers: 7132227590 4705617466 8059810089 all three for Warframe®: 170 Platinum. I don't even know what this product is. The receipts say they charged my PayPal but my PayPal does not show any transactions for those amounts. I don't have any other active cards, active accounts, or other payment methods linked. The email seem to be truly from Microsoft bc they're from *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. I thought it was originally spam.Does this mean Microsoft is having an issue with its confirmation emails being sent incorrectly sin

    Purchase History

    I cannot access my purchase history on windowsphone.com. When I first tried to ask this question on the forum a suggestion came up from a previous post with a link to purchase history and when I clicked it I did find my app purchase history but it seems
    to be in Polish! This however is the only way I found my purchase history as I can't find a link on any menu on the website.

    Any suggestions?

    Purchased Windows 11 on the Microsoft Store but did not receive an email with product key

    I purchased Windows 11 on the Microsoft Store and I was supposed to receive a product key in an email. The order is marked "completed" in my order history and I have the order number but have not received an email. I have checked my inbox and junk/spam email folders. When I purchased Windows 11 previously I received the key within minutes.

    Hello, this is Emily.

    Is this product key for Windows? If so, it won't be listed in your purchase history. It usually is in a separate email sent hours after the purchase confirmation email.

    If you cannot find that email, your Microsoft account itself should be the digital license.

    Tell me a bit more about your current situation: Do you need the key for a brand new install, or it is already installed/activated, but you need to key to transfer? Let me know the context so I can help you further here.
