Windows 10: Received 2 error messages, now my PC is frozen

Today, I ran into a major problem on my PC.


I turn my PC on in the morning, I receive 2 error messages.


1: Error -3 from inflate: invalid stored block lengths

2: Error decompressing python27.dll


My day went on fine until I couldn't open programs such as Adobe Photoshop. I tried to restart my computer, but when I got to my desktop, no icons appeared except for the bottom bar icons, and the bottom bar was frozen. Trying to open task manager failed.


I attempted to open recovery mode and diagnose the issue, the computer gave me a grey screen.


I let the "diagnostics mode" run for 2 hours with no success. I attempted to do a full system reset VIA recovery mode, same grey screen.


Does anyone know what may have happened? I'm in desperate need for an answer, as this is my main workhorse PC.

Aquamark error message

I think I've received this error message with an gpu overclock that was too high, though it's been awhile since I've run aquamark.

 

R9 380 Black Ops 3 crash and black screen after clicking Crimson Settings

And my computer frozen up today without BSOD and any error message while browsing. Any suggestion?

 

Windows Update Error Message 0x80070543


Ya Ya Ya, there's over a hundred threads like this, ...

Anyway, started getting this error message a few days ago, and done a lot of searching on this error message, apparently it's not, uncommon.

In particular, the (currently) 4 updates that are being affected are:

• Update for Windows 10 Version 1511 (KB3173428) - Error 0x80070543
• Security Update for Windows 10 Version 1511 (KB3172729) - Error 0x80070543
• Security Update for Adobe Flash Player for Windows 10 Version 1511 (KB3174060) - Error 0x80070543
• Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1511 (KB3176493) - Error 0x80070543

The actions I've taken to date are:

1. Uninstalled firewall program (comodo)
2. Uninstalled anti-virus (Avast)
3. Reset the windows update catalog on local machine.

So the above errors are with the above done.

What other steps should I be taking to resolve the issue?
