Windows 10: Received error 'We couldn't install this update, but you can try again 0xc1900223' when...

Yesterday I received a notification for upgrading my Windows 10 laptop to Windows 11. So, when I click 'Download and install' button- at first it shows 'This update can't be downloaded and installed because it's not yet ready for your device' and after one second automatically started downloading 'Upgrade to Windows 11' and after download 8% it automatically stop and again appear Windows 11 dialog box and below the 'Download and install' button display this message 'We couldn't install this update, but you can try again 0xc1900223.' My Current Windows Specification: Edition: Windows 10 Home

I have just reinstalled Windows, I had problems with updates before and though the fresh install would help but I am still getting errors.

Feature update to Windows 10, version 1903 -Error 0xc1900223

My windows is activated.

 

Update KB4550961 couldn´t be installed

Hi! I´ve tried hard to install KB 4550961 unsuccessfully. Even run this or that in order to correct whatever the problem might be.

However, after restart it appears “Updates couldn’t be installed” on the screen. Running Scannow and Restorehealth as Administrator didn´t
work either.

I´ve also gone step by step thru “Fix Windows Update errors” steps 1 to 5. I´m reluctant to follow Step 6 Reset or Reinstall Windows –
Refresh is not included - because I´m afraid I might loss some stuff important, though I created a restoration point and a USB recovery drive, just in case.

 

The Update was Downloaded, but couldn´t be opened (8018830f) - Lumia 930
