Windows 10: Received weird warning saying I had been hacked and warning from Microsoft to not turnoff...

What can I do about a loud verbal and visualWarning from Microsoft ? Saying not to turn off computer. It is on my desktop

I have been receiving warning emails requesting to verify or renew my msn hotmail account. Received two mails today with warning to close the account effective today. Is this spam? One time I followed the email request and my account got hacked. How can
I make sure the request is genuine?

Cortana spamming flood warnings

I have a Lumia 1520 and have been receiving Heat - Advisory warnings for the past 24+ hours. I've gone ahead and disabled the weather warnings as someone else suggested earlier in the thread. If Microsoft decides to actually fix this issue I'll reactivate
the feature but not until then, as it is highly annoying to receive the same warning every 15 minutes!
