Windows 10: Receiving an error when trying to run a game

When I try to launch this game, I get a popup that says, "The following components are required to run this program: Microsoft Visual C ++ Runtime.". My computer is fully updated, and I tried a clean boot, but the popup still happened. I've refreshed my computer for updates but haven't found anything relating to the error.
