Windows 10: Receiving BSOD A lot recently

Hello, I just upgraded to a new SSD and during that upgrade, I also changed from windows 10 to windows 11. I did a fresh install using a bootable USB drive which I had set up using Microsofts media creation tool.Before installing windows 11, I upgraded my bios to the latest version.After the update was over, and windows 11 installed, I manually copied some of the data had backed up prior to the update. I also installed the latest drivers for my nvidia graphics card.Everything was working fine for a few days but now I have gotten the BSOD like 6 times today.https://photos.app.goo.gl/KyeiPpBf7Fr

7 different BSoD

Hey guys,

I have a serious problem. I make it as short as possible:

• system runs 100 % fine with the 10.12
• updatet to Catalyst 11.1 -> BSoD
• updatet to 11.1 Hotfix -> BSoD
• rollback to 10.12 -> BSoD
• removed ALL AMD files manually, installed 10.12 -> BSoD

• Temps are fine
• no sfc /scannow errors
• no chkdsk errors
• Prime, Furmark all fine
• regardless what driver I install -> BSoD
• I did no hw changes, no OC

Here are my BSoDs I receive:

• 0x0000010e
• 0x1000007e
• 0x0000007e
• 0x0000004e
• 0x0000003b
• dxgmms1.sys
• PFN_LIST_CORRUPT

They all refer to the GPU of course ...

From now on I receive a BSoD every time I try to play a game (especially BC2 and SC II) even if I completely remove the old driver and make a clean install.
Apparently the 11.1 damaged my system irreparable.

Recent (Save Files) - Change Default Settings to OneDrive

Thanks for the return. Before I undertake changing the Registry, I have a question.
The steps in my Registry, for my version of Windows 10, were a bit different, but I think I eventually got to the right spot.
The last step is to change the number of places you want to list in Recent Places. In my case, the default Max Display listed 50 as the number. So, if I were to change that number, how do I know the Save As page will be one of those places? Or, a similar question, will this registry change delete the tab Recent from my Save As page? This is what I would like to happen.
When I received my computer in Nov. 2016, the Recent tab was not listed in the Save As page. Something caused it to be added over time. Which brings me to this second question. Would there be any benefit in deleting the changed registry listing and reverting back to the default listing? See attachment.

Multiple BSOD errors started recently


Daemon tools, Alcohol 120% and Power Archiver Pro uses SCSI Pass Through Direct (SPTD), which is a well known cause for BSOD's.
Please remove Daemon Tools and run the SPTD pass through remover.

1. Uninstall Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120%
2. Download the SPTD standalone installer and follow these steps:
   • Double click the executable to open it
   • Click on the button shown below

If the button is grayed out, like in the image, there is no more SPTD installation on your system, and you can close the window

Please update your BIOS to version 1402

If this doesn't help, I would suggest to clean reinstall the display drivers
Please uninstall everything of Nvidia using Display Driver Uninstaller and install new drivers from Nvidia. Be sure the clean install box is checked and only install the Graphics driver and the PhysX driver.
