Windows 10: Receiving "Critical Error, Your Start menu isn't working; Windows 11

I am on Windows 11 Build KB5033920 and have tried everything, restart, DISM and Sfc repairs, Hard restart, system restore, reinstalling the update, and can't find anymore ways to repair. This only happened after installing the update today.

How to fix Critical Error - Your Start menu isn"t working.

I have the same problem of receiving the Critical error - This solution will not work since it requires selecting the Start button - which results in the same Critical error window that requires shut down and restart. I can't get to any programs that are
not on my desktop or taskbar.
