    Hello,I was able to purchase an xbox game as a gift and when I went to purchase another same day it wouldn't let me. I received error "We’re having trouble processing your payment and we’d like to get it sorted out." I have been receiving this error for 2 weeks. My account isn't suspended or banned, my subscriptions are up to date and payment options are updated. Why is it not approving my purchase?
