Windows 10: Receiving multiple blue screens while under high load rendering in After Effects

I purchased my computer back in December of 2023. I did some overclocking but then quickly decided that I would keep it stock. I purchased this computer mainly to do visual effects work on After Effects and gaming. It started out with an occasional bluescreen when trying to render or open a game. The most common one at this time was, CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT. I read somewhere that this BSOD can be caused by incorrect OC'ing so I turned that off. Since then I have received 5+ different BSODs while rendering in After Effects. These include, IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT, KMODE_EXC

received KERNAL MODE TRAP blue screen error
