Recetnly I purchased a used computer that operates with WIN 10. Problenm it has a school administrator that I can't disable, Please help.

Microsoft Licensing for Schools

A company on the internet is selling PCs without hard disks but they have a Win 8 sticker on the case. Are shools allowed to purchase their own hard disks and legally install Win 10 on these computers if they have purchased the Microsoft Licening software
for schools (ESS)? According to Microsoft documentation: 'It's a common misunderstanding that schools can save money by getting PCs without the Windows operating system preinstalled and then use their Volume Licence to install a full OS'. Is that the case
with Windows 8 or 8.1 with the keycode held in the BIOS?

• What happens when you try to attach files?
• Did you receive any error message?
• Which application are you talking about?
• Which was the previous operating system installed on the computer?

I suggest you to run the program in Compatibility mode and check if it helps, please follow the below steps:

• Right click on the Program
• Click on Properties
• Click on Compatibility tab
• Select Run this program in compatibility mode and select the operating system accordingly from the drop down list.

How to remove an Icon of "eConnect by Harris School Solutions" on my Taskbar

I suggest you to follow the below steps to remove the "eConnect by Harris School Solutions"
from the taskbar and check if it helps.

• Right click on the icon "eConnect by Harris School Solutions".
• Click on “Unpin from Taskbar” the icon will be removed from the taskbar.
