Windows 10: recent April 2021 windows update wake up problem

Hello, The recent windows update has causes my Dell Studio desktop to act weird. When the machine is in sleep mode, I tap the enter key and the machine goes into shutdown instead of waking up. Before the update the key tap would wake the machine up. Can you help?
