    Hi there,I recently experienced a computer bug that forced me to restart my computer unexpectedly. Unfortunately, I had unsaved data on three open software programs at the time. While I understand the importance of saving data, two of the programs are not designed to do so.I'm feeling frustrated that this happened and I'm wondering how this bug was able to occur in the first place. It's difficult as a customer to feel like a product is fully usable when it crashes randomly and causes inconvenience instead of helping.I'm writing to request that you consider making your product more usable.Wishi

    Help! Data partition not showing under my computer

    This is happening on a windows 2000 server. Our second partition of the system, for data is not showing under my computer. Here are the properties of it in disk management:

    Now under logical drives its listed as F and shows free space available.

    Suggestions on how to fix this?

    A File Other Than A Word Document Crashed With Unsaved Data

    Hi, I am having issues with a document other than word or office 365 or Notepad document. It could not respond and giving me options to close down the tab or wait for response. I keep choosing wait for response, because I have unsaved data. No such luck,
    though. I will keep this tab on until I get it fixed. Can anyone give me step-by-step of how to fix the crash without losing any data? Thanks.
