Windows 10: Recent password change, can't log on my PC.

So, recently i change my Microsoft's account password and I can't log in.When I try to use PIN to log in it shows this massage:Your password has been change on another device. You have to log in to this pc using your new password. Something like that. I can log in into Microsoft's account through browser, but not through windows.

change your password via https://account.microsoft.com/. Here's how:

• Log in your account via
  https://account.microsoft.com/.
• Go to the Security tab.
• Click on CHANGE PASSWORD.
• Change your password.
• Select Save.

2. Are you using a Microsoft Account to log into your computer?

To open System Properties and check the version of Windows, follow the steps below:

1. Open Run Command (Windows button+R).

2. In the dialog box type control system and hit enter.

If you are using a Microsoft Account to log into your system and you are unable to change the password, then I would suggest that you sign in online and change your password. Follow the steps below to do so.

• 1. Click on the link below to open the Microsoft site, and then select
  Security & privacy.

• Select Change password.
• 
  Enter your current password, then the new password you want, then enter the new password again.

This issue may be related to an incomplete or unsaved changes made on your account. This may also happen if you changed or reset your password for Outlook or Hotmail account but forgotten to make the change on your PC.

For better assistance, please answer the following questions:

• Have you tried changing the password again after logging in using the old password?
• What other troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

For the meantime, try creating a new user and see if the issue will persists. You can also check if the issue will also happen in Safe Mode.
