Recent startup prompt is misleading and cost me time.

The new prompt to upgrade to Windows 11 came up on my machine on startup but only flashed on the screen after I had already hit enter. Apparently, this counts as giving permission to update the OS. It then spent hours updating to Windows 11, with no option to revert to Windows 10 before it started. The only new compelling features of Windows 11, such as Android app native support, are getting phased out anyway so I'd very much like to stay on Windows 10. Microsoft's God complex has gone too far. This type of "advertising" is unethical and unacceptable. Do better, Microsoft.

    :)

  2. Misleading Cost in a Game. Is a refund possible?

I recently started playing the Windows Phone Game "Make it Rain: The Love of Money". To boost my money, I decided I would pay the $0.99 for the "Insane Blast" because it looked like a great deal. I clicked through the windows
store payment system for the in-app purchase, but afterwards, when I checked my recent payments, the purchase showed up as $19.99. Is there anyway I could get a refund, at least for the difference in cost? I feel like I was mislead by the application. Thanks
    for the Help! -Christopher
