Windows 10: Recent update caused laptop to view blue screen only

I did an update a few weeks ago, and since then I have not been able to use my laptop. Recovery "The Boot Configuration Data File DOESN'T CONTAIN VALID INFORMATION FOR AN OPERATIN SYSTEM."Press F1 to enter Recovery Environment - i tried all the options and was not successfulPress ES for UEFI Firmware settings - i tried save and restore and was not successful.Can you help please?
