Windows 10: Recently changed hardware, Windows now fails to activate 0xc004f211

I've recently moved my Windows 10 install to an unRAID KVM, and everything has been working fine except activating Windows. I've been meaning to upgrade from Home to Pro anyway so i bought a product key in the hopes my copy of Windows would be able to be activated. After a bit of a struggle the key finally prompted the system to restart and instead of upgrading to Pro, i was informed my Windows version was now Enterprise. That's all well and good but it still wont activate, instead it throws me this error 0xC004f211 which from a quick google search indicates its unhappy with my change of hardware.

Can't activate Windows after hardware change

I recently changed hardware in my pc and windows isn't activated anymore. I went through the troubleshooter and the windows support site, but nothing has fixed it. The error 0xC004F211 doesn't go away. I have a digital license key, so I cannot use a product
key to reactivate. Is there any way to get the pc activated without getting a new key?

 

Hardware changed but activation not transferred - 0xC004F211

I've just changed most of my hardware today. It now says that Windows is not activated. I don't have a product key, rather it's connected to my Microsoft account. I have had a change a few months ago (I reinstalled and upgraded from x86 to x64 with some
minor hardware changes) and the activation was okay. However this time it's giving me this error.

The kicker - in the course of my checking, I deleted my old device from my account (thinking that I don't have need of the old device and that this might've been the cause of the error due to having the same name), so now when I try to go through the troubleshooting
it says that no devices linked to my Microsoft account can be used for reactivating the device I'm using right now... though in all fairness I've gone through the troubleshooting steps before deletion and it still points to me needing to contact a 1800 number.

When I go to my Microsoft account, it lists this device (with the new motherboard) and says that "No issues found". As far as I remember, I didn't have an OEM version. I don't recall upgrading from Windows 7/8. I have no trouble updating via Windows Update.
Help?

P.S. I'm located in the Philippines, hence I couldn't call the 1800 number given by the chat.
