Windows 10: Recently Downloaded Update KB5021089, and when I shut down/restart PC, I get the Blue...

The full name of the update according to update history is 2022-12 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5, 4.8, and 4.8.1 for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64 KB5021089.The Blue Screen of Death error code I got was "Stop code: 0xc000021a"Now, every time I shut down or restart the PC, it is automatically downloading this update, and the only way I can get onto the PC is to restore it to a version from yesterday. I'm not sure what to do, it says it is an update that was in my update history, but obviously since I restored it to yesterday, it has the "Update and shut down" option whenever I do

Random shut down and restart??

Computer: Intel (R) Pentium (R) Dual cpu
E220@2.406hz
2.42 GHZ, 2.00 GB of RAM
Windows xp

Ever since I replaced the fan (with heat sink) the computer has randomly shut down and then restarted, at first during streaming, and now, will shut down and restart anytime. I tried to replace the graphics card to no avail. *Confused *Mad

One suggestion was to replace the RAM.

Any suggestions on how to repair my computer?
