Windows 10: Recently got a BOSD while playing a game

This is the first time that is has happened. how do you reinstall games that we bought the game disk for but no longer have but are in our profile under recently played list, or can we play/reinstall games played recently in our profile without game disk ?

 

Steam games recent list does not update

The recently used program list for the Steam computer game client never updates. It says recent but it misses actual recent games that I've played and lists games that I haven't touched for months or years. How can I investigate the reason for this list not updating? It works just fine for other programs on the Start Menu. I tried searching for information but the word "update" in the search string returns results about Steam and Windows updates and not about the recent list updating.

 

BOSD Thread stuck in device driver

so around a month ago i bought a new pc

Ryzen 3 3200g

RAM 8gb

Ssd 120gb

My old 120gb harddisk

Asrock 320 hdv pro

i want to play games and i need to re-install my amd driver. So i did it. but lately i often got BOSD that says Code: Thread stuck in device driver.

Everytime i play Dota 2 and open "Line" i will get that BOSD Thread stuck in device driver. I don't understand why that happen. But everytime i play games my monitor freezes and BOSD come out from knowhere. Usually i got this BOSD around 3 times in a row
in 1 day. Can you answer my question i really need help. Thanks
