Windows 10: Recently Upgraded to AMD 7800X3D CPU, Now PC Randomly Shuts Off While Streaming in Discord

First off, here's all my specs: - CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D- CPU Cooler: Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120 SE ARGB- GPU: GeForce RTX 4090 GAMING OC 24G- Motherboard: Gigabyte X870 Aorus Elite WiFi 7- RAM: G.Skill Trident Z5 Neo DDR5 32GB 2 × 16GB- Storage: Samsung 990 PRO PCIe 4.0 NVMe 4TB SSD- Power Supply: Seasonic Focus GX-1000, 1000W, 80+ Gold In case it may matter, I also have a dual monitor setup with an Acer Nitro XV340CK and a 43” Hisense TV unsure of the exact model but I’m sure I can find out, if needed.On February 8th, I switched from Intel to AMD after repeated BSOD issues with t

Windows 10 randomly freezing after upgrade to AMD FX-8350 CPU

Windows 10 is randomly freezing after upgrading to an AMD FX-8350. The previous CPU was a quad core AMD FX 4300.
There were no freezing issues with the previous CPU at all.

The PC specs are:

• Motherboard: Gygabyte 970A-DS3P southbridge rev. 40
  
• Processor: AMD FX(tm)-8350 4.2 Ghz Eight-Core Processor
  
• Video Card: nvidia GeForce GTX 970 (Latest drivers via geforce experience)
  
• RAM: 16 GB 2000Mhz DDR3
  
• Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (build 17134), 64-bit
  (reactivated and updated since hardware change)
  
• Power Supply: Corsair 700w
  

Installed all the latest driver software for all components.

My poor gaming rig is pretty useless at the moment, so any answers are appreciated.

Update.
I have the latest BIOS version, according to Gygabyte.
Latest is the FD release, and it is installed.
I'd heard that people had issues with certain CPU's on older versions.
My CPU is definitely in the supported CPU's list for this board.

Below is what I found on another site, I have the same problem:

I have upgraded to Windows 10 and have upgraded AMD drivers to 15.7.1. I have an AMD A8-5600 and an AMD R9 270x. Every time I boot up I get the following error message: "AMD Quick Stream Error, The license information to use this software is not found"
So I downloaded the latest AMD Quick Stream program from AMD and I can't install it because I get this message: "Unsupported Hardware, for a list of AMD Quick Stream supported hardware visit amd.com"

In talking to the AQS team, they told me I didn't need it because I had the AMD video card, even though I have the APU which is supported. With my video card being used for all video, AQS is not supported or needed. Which I kind of thought, but glad I got
the confirmation. Though they did not know why I had a previous version installed after updating to Windows 10.



So I uninstalled it, as suggested, and that is it
