Windows 10: Recently Windows 11 requires restart on powering on to connect to the internet

This is a recent event, about 1 month. When I turn on the PC I don't have internet. Restart usually clears this problem. Think hardware I reset my router and checked the firmware. No changes needed. I followed some suggestion ran DISM and SFC and nothing found wrong. I spent time today trying different programs without success until I opened Office Outlook. It had no problem receiving my email on any of my accounts. So, it is not hardware issue but something in Windows 11. Any suggestion, I hope?

I suggest you to set Internet Explorer as default web browser and restart the computer and see if it helps.

Disable Proxy

• Type “inetcpl.cpl”.
