Windows 10: Receving an Email from *** Email address is removed for privacy *** saying they want to...

This is really scared me. I received an Email from SAM consultant saying they want to have microsoft software asset management review.


My first big question is, how MS get my Email address because i just start to work in this company. they also knew my position and my working address. Much more scarey is they start to talk cybersecurity in first line in the Email.....this is not a joke.


what is going to happen if i don't reply? is it MS going to hack my system and retrieve more information? is it a threaten?

My Microsoft Account - Receiving email daily from Microsoft saying *** Email address is removed for privacy *** trying to log in, VERIFY YOUR ACCOUNT, this *** Email address is removed for privacy *** is not me or anything close to my email address. I went through the guidelines provided by Microsoft e.g. the address from
Microsoft security team is valid, etc.. Nothing helpful there.

Please help me get rid of this daily annoyance, because I cannot spam it because then all emails from *** Email address is removed for privacy *** are then in SPAM.

I have started getting hundreds of emails from L:
*** Email address is removed for privacy ***; It usually has something before it like this: Bank (L: *** Email address is removed for privacy ***). I will get this multiple times per day. However if you look at the email address they are all different.
Looks like they are computer generated. How can I stop these emails?
